You must not attempt to bypass safety systems, overload the service, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with the operation of the website.

You are responsible for all prompts, instructions, images, text, or other material you submit to the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit that material and to use any resulting output.

You should not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal information, credentials, private records, or content you do not have permission to use. AI systems may process prompts through third-party providers, and generated results may not be unique.

The service uses automated systems to generate images from prompts. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before relying on, publishing, selling, or distributing them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any third-party model provider terms, we do not claim ownership of prompts you submit or outputs generated for you. However, we cannot guarantee that outputs are copyrightable, exclusive, non-infringing, or free from third-party claims.

The service may rely on third-party model providers, hosting services, analytics tools, content delivery networks, and other infrastructure. Your use of generated outputs may also be subject to the terms, policies, or technical limitations of those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their policies, or their handling of information except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The website, interface, branding, software, design elements, documentation, and service infrastructure are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service platform except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission.

The service is designed to be usable without creating an account. Certain convenience features, such as recent generation history or language preference, may rely on browser storage on your device.

You are responsible for managing your browser environment, clearing local history when needed, and protecting access to devices where generated images or prompts may be visible.

We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including generation models, usage limits, supported formats, features, or availability. We may also restrict access if we believe a user is violating these terms or creating risk for the service or others.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model behavior, generation speed, storage duration, or continued access to any particular output or feature.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

You understand that AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, bias, inaccurate depictions, or material that requires human review before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service operators, affiliates, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your prompts, generated outputs, use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, or used it in a way that may harm others.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.
